Our Vision · In Development

An international sports academy built for the whole career.

Recruited student-athletes from the South Pacific and worldwide, earning Division I eligibility, training at an elite standard, and graduating with the financial and business literacy to run their own careers.

Concept phase — not enrolling, not accepting applications or tuition.

The academy model

Three pillars, one program

No student takes one pillar without the other two. Academic eligibility, athletic development, and financial literacy are delivered together, from the first semester to graduation.

Pillar 01

Academic Readiness for Division I

Every student-athlete's academic plan is built backward from NCAA Division I initial-eligibility standards: the 16 core courses, the sliding-scale GPA and test benchmarks, and the amateurism certification timeline.

Instruction is paired with structured SAT/ACT preparation, English-language support where needed, and a transcript review process that flags gaps years before a signing date, not months.

Pillar 02

Athletic Development That Gets Seen

Athletes train under credentialed coaches with periodized programs, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention built in from day one.

Every session produces data. Verified performance profiles, competition film, and measurable benchmarks travel with each athlete to the recruiters and college programs that need to see them.

Pillar 03

Financial & Business Literacy

This pillar is not an elective. Every student completes coursework in personal finance, business fundamentals, name-image-likeness rules, contract basics, and brand and ownership.

Graduates leave able to read a contract, evaluate an agent, budget an income that may be short-lived, and build something of their own after competition ends.

Global recruitment

The institute recruits student-athletes from around the world, with a deliberate emphasis on the South Pacific.

Samoa, American Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, and their diaspora communities produce elite athletes far out of proportion to their populations, yet remain thinly covered by college recruiting networks. The academy is designed to find that talent early, bring it into a structured pathway, and place it alongside recruited peers from the mainland United States, Oceania, and beyond.

Curriculum scope

What every student studies

  1. 01

    NCAA core alignment

Courses mapped to the Division I 16-core-course requirement and eligibility-center standards.

  2. 02

    Financial literacy

Budgeting, saving, credit, taxes, and managing variable income from the first year onward.

  3. 03

    Business fundamentals

How organizations, revenue, and markets work — the vocabulary athletes need to sit at the table.

  4. 04

    NIL & contracts

Name, image, and likeness rules; reading, negotiating, and honoring agreements; evaluating representation.

  5. 05

    Brand & ownership

Building a personal brand responsibly, protecting it, and moving from earning a wage to owning assets.

Athletic development scope

How athletes are developed and seen

  • Credentialed coaching

Sport-specific technical and tactical coaching under professional staff.

  • Strength, conditioning & sport science

Periodized physical development, recovery, and injury prevention.

  • Verified performance data

Benchmarks, film, and profiles that college programs can trust.

  • Competition exposure

Scheduled competition and showcases in front of recruiters.

Most athletes will not go pro. All of them will need to earn.

That is why the third pillar is required, not optional.
